VHF
In communication technology, VHF stands for Very High Frequency, which refers to radio waves with a frequency band from 30MHz to 300MHz, and a wavelength range of 1m~10m. UHF

Decimeter band UHF band refers to the frequency of 300~3000MHz UHF radio waves.VHF contains 1-12 channels, UHF contains 13-68 channels, China's trial frequency range of 920MHz ~ 925MHz, 840-845MHz is commonly used in the field of radio and television.
Difference between VHF and UHF
Generally speaking, VHF radios operate in the 138-174 MHz band and UHF radios operate in the 400-512 MHz band, which makes UHF frequencies about three times higher than VHF. An important characteristic of radio waves is the wavelength, the distance between the crests of the waves: the wavelength is inversely proportional to the frequency. This means that lower frequencies have longer wavelengths, while higher frequencies have shorter wavelengths. This is because low frequency frequencies with longer wavelengths travel longer distances outside in open space, bending with the distant horizon, whereas high frequency frequencies with shorter wavelengths tend to travel in a straight line, not bending with the curvature of the earth.
