For different members within the same group, priority levels can be set to occupy voice rights in calls within this group. Users with higher member priority can receive voice rights first, and when users with lower member priority speak, users with higher member priority can also preempt their voice rights. Administrators can adjust the member priority of users as needed.

Visual dispatch desk function:

1. Organizational structure

For different members within the same group, priority levels can be set to occupy voice rights in calls within this group. Users with higher member priority can receive voice rights first, and when users with lower member priority speak, users with higher member priority can also preempt their voice rights. Administrators can adjust the member priority of users as needed

Peer architecture: All department members can see each other

Hierarchical structure: The dispatchers of this department can only see and manage the members and superior dispatchers of this department

2. Cluster intercom

The dispatch console should support intercom group management function, which can achieve half duplex intercom communication with public network intercom terminals/LTE private network intercom terminals/conventional intercom systems/IP phones, and support mixed group intercom of different types of terminals; It can support intercom group establishment, intercom preemption, multi group intercom monitoring, temporary invitation and other intercom scheduling functions. Users can initiate or receive voice intercoms as long as they are within the coverage range of 4G/5G or WiFi networks, without geographical restrictions

This includes functions such as single call, group call, voice broadcasting, conference call, forced insertion, forced disconnection, forced disconnection, proxy connection, blind forwarding, negotiation forwarding, recording, monitoring, and third-party calls

Multiple groups can be established, and a user can be assigned to different groups

Support multiple network access methods such as 2G/3G/4G/WIFI

Predefined group call: Terminals located in the same group can initiate calls through the PTT key or PTT soft key, and the entire group can receive information. High level users can preempt the voice of low level users

Temporary call: One to one or one to many calls can be made between the dispatch station and any terminal device

3. Call monitoring

Group monitoring ensures that users can also hear the voice of the monitored group while in other groups, and will not miss important messages

Can simultaneously listen to multiple groups and receive intercom calls from the listening group

The dispatch console can listen to multiple groups at most simultaneously

Quickly joining a group: The monitoring group of the dispatch console supports quick joining of the group intercom function

3.1 Strong insertion

For different members within the same group, priority levels can be set to occupy voice rights in calls within this group. Users with higher member priority can receive voice rights first, and when users with lower member priority speak, users with higher member priority can also preempt their voice rights

When the background view shows that member A and member B have established a call, select the line in the call and click the force insertion button. At this time, the dispatch console will receive a call, answer it, and then join their intercom

3.2 Forced demolition

When the background view shows that member A and member B have established a call, select the line in the call and click the force button to" Dismantling; A conversation between two people. For example, by clicking on member A, member A will be kicked out, and the remaining member B will have a voice call with the dispatch console

3.3 Proxy Answer

When member A calls member B, and member B can't answer in time, the dispatcher can choose to answer on behalf of the dispatcher. After the dispatcher interface answers on behalf of the dispatcher, the party to be answered (member B) will automatically hang up

3.4 Hanging up (remote death)

The management personnel of the dispatch desk can forcibly hang up or terminate the line during the call

4. Video monitoring and scheduling module

4.1 Silent Video Surveillance

In the event of an emergency at work, such as a group incident, the administrator can directly call the camera of the walkie talkie for mobile monitoring. Track and handle emergency events, and forward on-site videos to leaders' walkie talkies for multi-level scheduling of on-site situations. And on-site videos can be recorded and archived through audio and video recording. To cope with later event tracing. The backend can perform silent video monitoring on front-end devices from time to time, and during this process, the front-end devices cannot perceive and do not affect other normal operations

4.2 Unified Video Monitoring

Centralized dispatching terminal, mobile phone terminal and various individual terminals can also be accessed without ball control, and video can be returned through various devices and displayed on a unified interface

Fusion image of video surveillance effect:

4.3 Real time video feedback

The command center (dispatch desk) can actively initiate video calls with the terminal, and the terminal equipment can perform one click real-time transmission operation. At the same time as the video transmission

The dispatch console displays the name, number, location information, type, and specific time and date of the terminal device for future verification

4.4 Video Distribution

Any centrally monitored video and images can be sent to multiple device terminals simultaneously, and other scheduling desks or terminals can share previews

5 GIS Map Command and Dispatch

Real time location display of users, trajectory playback, user trajectory tracking, direct click to call users on GIS maps, view videos, circle conferences, circle broadcasts, GIS member lists, support for Baidu online maps and Baidu offline maps. Map loading, movement, stretching

Ø Member positioning: can locate individual or multiple members

Ø Group positioning: locate all members within the group

Ø Real time tracking: achieving real-time positioning of certain members

Ø Gathering Speaker: If the current speaker has location information, they will automatically move the speaker to the center of the map

Ø Trajectory playback: Playback the historical motion trajectory of members, with a single playback time interval greater than 24 hours, and the trajectory of position points can be presented through motion mode, supporting trajectory data playback within one month

Ø Distance measurement: Calculate the distance traveled based on the motion trajectory

Ø Track export: Track playback data can be exported as an Excel file and saved locally

Ø Box Select Call: Box select a map area where all members can be selected and initiate temporary calls

Ø Electronic fence: Select an area on the map to set an alarm for leaving or entering the electronic fence. When the set personnel enter or leave the area, the dispatch console will issue an alarm message and can record and inquire about the reason for the alarm

The system can query the entire route trajectory of terminal movement and dynamically replay the trajectory within a specified time period, making the terminal's motion trajectory clear at a glance. Therefore, the motion trajectory can be permanently saved on the server and can be viewed at any time, making it convenient for backend leaders to manage the front-end work route

5.4 Electronic Fence

The dispatcher manages the electronic fence on the dispatch console and frames the fence area

The dispatcher sets a fence for the user and sets an entry or crossing alarm

When the user enters the restricted or crossed fence area, the dispatch console receives an alarm prompt and uses voice broadcasting to prompt the end user; When the user leaves the restricted area or returns to the fenced area, the alarm is cleared
