There is a hidden danger of information security being difficult to guarantee and resource allocation being constrained by humans. After the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, at a critical moment in emergency and disaster relief, foreign satellite mobile communication systems terminated their services for over 10 hours due to internal reasons. Academicians Sun Jiadong and Shen Rongjun jointly wrote a letter calling for the construction of China's autonomous satellite mobile communication system to be accelerated.
